India must adopt firm border policy, speed up infra development: Pradyot · theprint.in

A leader from India named Pradyot Debbarma talked about India's borders.

Borders are the lines that separate India from other countries.

He said India should be strong and firm about its borders and that they cannot be changed.

He also said India should build more roads, highways, airports and communication links near the borders.

In the past, India did not build much near the borders because it was worried that another country called China might use those roads to come into India.

Mr. Debbarma said that is an old way of thinking.

He said building more infrastructure will help the people who live near the borders and also help India.

He wants people living near the borders to have the same nice things as everyone else in India.

This includes good roads, communication and other basic amenities.
