BITM Kolkata Announces Three-Day National Space Day Programme
The Birla Industrial & Technological Museum in Kolkata is planning a three-day space event.
It will take place from August 23 to 25, 2026.
The event is meant to teach people about India’s work in space.
Visitors can watch live science demonstrations each day.
They can also take part in a quiz about India’s space programme.
In the evening, visitors may look at the night sky through telescopes.
Telescope viewing will happen only if the sky is clear.
Students, families and science fans can attend the activities.
People can join on a first-come, first-served basis or book by telephone.
