Centre Tells Rajya Sabha Andhra Pradesh Has Adequate Fertiliser Stocks

She told the Rajya Sabha, which is part of India's parliament, that there is enough fertiliser.

She said Andhra Pradesh has enough urea, DAP, MOP and other fertilisers.

Even in Nellore district, no shortage was reported.

The government uses a computer system called iFMS to keep track of fertiliser supplies.

It decides how much fertiliser to send based on the farming season.

The government also releases money each year to keep fertilisers affordable.

An MP named Dr Beeda Masthan Rao Yadav said farmers always need fertiliser so that crops can grow well.
