AAI profit falls 9.8% to ₹6,522 crore in FY26

The Airports Authority of India is a big company that runs airports in India.

It is owned by the government.

In the last financial year, the company made less money than the year before.

Its profit went down by about 10 percent to ₹6,522 crore.

The company spent more money on workers and on running the airports.

It also earned less money from renting out airports to other companies.

There was also a problem where money was reportedly taken by an employee at two airports.

Because of all this, the company's profit fell.

The company still shared some of its profit with the government as a dividend.
