Galla Ramachandra Naidu Receives Yelavarthy Nayudamma Memorial Award
Galla Ramachandra Naidu received an important memorial award.
He founded and chairs the Amara Raja Group of Companies.
M Venkaiah Naidu presented the award in Tenali on Thursday.
The award is named after scientist Dr Yelavarthy Nayudamma.

The annual award is given on the birth anniversary of scientist and Padma Shri awardee Dr Yelavarthy Nayudamma.
Naidu was recognized for his industrial contributions through the growth of Amara Raja Group.
The award also acknowledged his work in education, healthcare, skill development, rural development and social welfare.
