A political party in India called the BJP has chosen a young leader named Hemang Joshi to lead its youth group, the BJYM.

His job is to talk to young people and get them excited about the party.

He wants to understand what young people care about and use social media to share positive messages.

He says he wants to keep young people away from negative stories and help them work toward a better India, which the Prime Minister calls 'Viksit Bharat'.

Joshi is a physiotherapist and a member of Parliament from a city called Vadodara.

He became an MP in 2024 when he was 33 years old.

He has also traveled to other countries for meetings with a group called BRICS.

Joshi says he will talk to young people directly, even if it means breaking formal rules.

He will also step down from his old job as the youth wing's Gujarat leader.
