His name is Hemang Joshi, and he is a member of parliament from a city called Vadodara.
He is replacing another leader named Tejasvi Surya.
Hemang Joshi was born in 1991 in a town called Porbandar.
He studied physiotherapy at a big university in Vadodara for many years.
Before this job, he was the leader of the youth group in the state of Gujarat.
He is known for using technology and digital tools to talk to people.
He even made a special digital office for his work.
The party hopes he can help them connect better with young people across India.
The BJP appointed Vadodara MP Hemang Joshi as National President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, replacing Tejasvi Surya.
Joshi was born on January 31, 1991, in Porbandar, Gujarat, and studied physiotherapy at Maharaja Sayajirao University from 2008 to 2021.
He was elected Lok Sabha MP from Vadodara in April 2024 and served as Gujarat BJP Yuva Morcha President from December 2025.
His digital initiatives, including a large-scale digital meeting, drew attention from Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BL Santhosh.
He was among the key complainants who filed a police report over a Lok Sabha scuffle involving Rahul Gandhi and P.C. Sarangi.
The appointment aims to strengthen the party's grassroots connection with young voters and address the aspirations of Generation Z.
