Hemang Joshi vows to uproot obstacles to Viksit Bharat

Hemang Joshi has become the new national leader of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, or BJYM.

He took charge at a ceremony in New Delhi.

Joshi said India is working toward a goal called “Viksit Bharat,” which means a developed India.

He said people who stand in the way of that goal should be removed.

He also criticised what he called “artificial protests.”

Joshi asked BJYM workers to challenge information he considers false when it reaches young people.

He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP’s focus on performance.

Former BJYM president Tejasvi Surya said ordinary BJP workers can rise to important leadership positions.
