Pension Applications Open Until September 16 in Guntur
The government is accepting new applications for pensions in Guntur.
The applications are for eligible poor people, elderly persons, widows and people with disabilities.
People can apply at Swarna Gram and Swarna Ward centres.
Applications will be accepted from September 7 through September 16.
Applicants must bring documents that prove their age or situation.
For example, widows need their husband’s Aadhaar details and death certificate.
People with disabilities need a SADAREM certificate showing at least 40 percent disability.
Officials will check the applications and send them to the government by September 24.
Eligible people will receive their pensions in stages.
Fresh applications under the NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme are being accepted for eligible beneficiaries.
Applications must be submitted at Swarna Gram and Swarna Ward centres from September 7 to 16.
Applicants must provide certificates or documents proving eligibility for their respective pension categories.
Officials must complete scrutiny, eligibility verification and government forwarding by September 24.
