Rekha Gupta Slams AAP MLA Over Viral Undergarments Video
A politician in Delhi named Anil Jha Vats was helping people in his area by signing their application papers.
Someone recorded a video of him doing this while he was only wearing a vest and shorts.
Many people saw the video, including Rekha Gupta, the leader of Delhi's government.
She said it was not okay for him to dress like that, especially because women were waiting in line with their papers.
She asked for him to be removed from his position and said he made rude hand gestures during an official meeting.
Vats said that was not true and asked her to show video proof.
The papers he was signing were for a program called the Delhi Lakshmi Yojana that gives eligible women Rs 2,500 every month.
Thousands of women have signed up for the program since it started on August 1.
People from his party say the program's rules leave out many poor women.
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta criticized AAP MLA Anil Jha Vats over a viral video showing him signing papers in a vest and shorts.
