Google Tests Flipkart Buy Button Inside Gemini Shopping

Google is testing a new way to shop through its AI tools.

Some people can see Flipkart products with a “Buy” button in Gemini and AI Mode.

Pressing the button opens a Flipkart checkout without leaving the AI interface.

The test currently works for only a few users and products.

These products include smartphones, electronics, and phone accessories.

Google may offer the feature to more people in October.

This timing would be before India’s festive shopping season.

Amazon products appeared in the same test but did not have the direct-buy button.

Google has not explained exactly what technology Flipkart is using for the test.
