IIT Indore Climate AI Reaches NSIC 2026 Top 11
IIT Indore built a computer system called HydroVerse AI.
It studies climate and satellite information to predict dangerous weather and farming problems.

HydroVerse AI uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, satellite observations and climate datasets to forecast local climate hazards.
The platform has been validated across all Madhya Pradesh districts using historical data and projections through 2040.
It produces hazard maps, risk indices, forecasts and advisories for agriculture, water management, disaster preparedness and sustainable planning.
