Telangana Mandal-Level Prajavani to Launch from August 17
In Telangana, there is a program called Prajavani that helps people tell the government about their problems.
Starting August 17, this program will come to every mandal, a smaller area of the state.
Each mandal will have a special officer called an MPDO to help people.
The officers went to a training program to learn how to do their jobs well.
Leaders told them that people are the masters and should be treated with respect.
They said officers should listen carefully and try to solve problems right away instead of leaving them pending.
The chief minister's Prajavani has already solved 75 out of every 100 problems brought to it.
The new mandal program will have desks for different government departments and helpers for writing applications.
There will be drinking water, medical help, and special care for older people and people with disabilities.
The main goal is to make sure everyone's problem gets solved.
Mandal-level Prajavani programmes will be launched from August 17 with 560 mandal parishad development officers (MPDOs) as mandal nodal officers.
Dr G. Chinna Reddy, state-level Prajavani In-charge, addressed a training programme for MPDOs at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan.
The state-level Chief Minister's Prajavani has achieved a 75 per cent success rate in grievance resolution.
Officials were urged to resolve public grievances at the field level and treat citizens as 'masters'.
Launch arrangements include department-wise grievance desks, application-writing assistance, drinking water, medical facilities and special care for seniors and disabled persons.
