Zeeshan Siddique Receives Death Threat From Rohit Godara Gang
A politician in India got a scary voice message saying someone wanted to hurt him.
The politician's name is Zeeshan Siddique, and he works for a political party called the NCP.
The frightening message was sent to his phone from a number in Portugal, a country far away.
When he got back to Mumbai, he went to the local police in Bandra and reported what happened.
The person who sent the message said his name was Zeeshan Akhtar and that he belonged to a gang led by gangster Rohit Godara.
In the message, he said he wanted to harm Zeeshan Siddique, and he also talked about Zeeshan's father, Baba Siddique.
Baba Siddique was a former minister in Maharashtra who was shot and killed in Mumbai in October 2024.
The caller said he was not asking for money, but he said he did not like what he called Siddique's 'illegal business.'
This is not the first time Zeeshan Siddique has received such threats.

The death threat arrived as a voice note on his mobile phone from a Portugal-based number while Siddique was abroad; after returning, he lodged a complaint with the Bandra police.
In the voice note, the caller identified himself as Zeeshan Akhtar and claimed to be associated with the Godara gang.
Akhtar threatened to kill Siddique and claimed he had asked a fellow gang member to eliminate Baba Siddique two years before the former Maharashtra minister was shot dead in Bandra in October 2024.
Zeeshan Akhtar is an accused in the Baba Siddique murder case and is absconding; the caller said he was not after Siddique's money but objected to his 'illegal business,' and Siddique has received threats before.
