UPTEX-2026 is a two-day textile event in Lucknow.

It will take place on September 8 and 9, 2026.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to open it.

The event will show businesses ways to invest in Uttar Pradesh’s textile industry.

The state says its policies have already supported many textile units.

It has also given money to help weavers buy equipment, build workshops, and receive training.

Another program helps powerloom weavers with electricity costs.

The government is also building textile parks and starting new programs to improve skills and increase weavers’ incomes.
