The projects cover clusters in Bhiwadi, Medchal and Meerut.

One main institute in each cluster will guide several nearby institutes.

The money will help improve buildings, update existing courses and add new courses.

The plans also aim to make training better match what industries need.

The total PM-SETU investment now covers nine clusters and is Rs 2,171 crore.
