NIA arrests IED attack accused tied to five firing cases
A bad bomb exploded at a house in Moirang town in Manipur, India.

The NIA arrested S Palal Thadou, the first arrest in the April 7 IED attack on a house in Manipur's Bishnupur District that killed two children and injured another person.
Thadou admitted to being the 'finance head' of the proscribed outfit UKNA, according to Manipur Police.
Police said he was involved in five other firing cases, including incidents at Molnom, Kaprang and one on March 26 this year.
He was also found involved in a bomb blast at Tronglaobi on December 16 last year.
Produced before the special NIA court in Imphal, he was remanded to 10 days of police custody while the investigation continues.
