Raja Bhoj National Sailing Championship Begins at Bhopal's Upper Lake
The Raja Bhoj National Sailing Championship is a big sailing event happening in India.
It takes place on a large lake called Upper Lake in the city of Bhopal.

The six-day third edition of the Raja Bhoj National Sailing Championship began Tuesday at Upper Lake's Boat Club in Bhopal amid rain.
Around 100 national and international athletes from 12 states and sports clubs took part in opening-day practice rounds.
The event is conducted under the technical guidance of the Yachting Association of India (YAI), with 12 YAI jury members and SAI officials in Bhopal.
Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishvas Kailash Sarang inaugurated the event, announcing sports complexes for all 230 Madhya Pradesh assembly constituencies and feeder centers in every district.
The championship concludes on August 16, with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav attending the closing ceremony as chief guest.
