These agreements are designed to help Odisha manage water more effectively.

One partner will provide training and share useful water-management knowledge.

Another will help connect scientific research with farming practices.

This work will include sensors, precision irrigation and digital tools.

The third partner will improve WALMI’s buildings and learning facilities.

Planned upgrades include classrooms, hostels, a library, Wi-Fi and an auditorium.
