The facility represents a ₹523.7 crore investment planned across two phases and currently employs about 240 people.
The 31,790-square-metre plant has two hot-stamping lines, a laser-cutting line and welding cells.
It will initially produce engineered body-in-white components, including products from Gestamp’s Ges-Gigastamping family.
Gestamp now operates five Indian facilities and reported 2025 India revenue of €245 million, up more than 80% over five full financial years.
