11 Flights Diverted Due to Mumbai Weather Turbulence
On Tuesday, bad weather in Mumbai caused 11 flights to be diverted to nearby airports.
Five of these flights were from IndiGo, four from Air India, and one each from Akasa Air and Air India Express.
Most of the flights were diverted to Surat and Ahmedabad, with a few going to Baroda and Nashik.
This happened because the weather was too turbulent for the planes to land safely in Mumbai.
11 flights were diverted from Mumbai due to bad weather on Tuesday.
IndiGo had the most diversions with 5 flights, followed by Air India with 4.
Six flights were diverted to Surat, three to Ahmedabad, one to Baroda, and one to Nashik.
The diversions included flights from Delhi, Tiruchirapalli, Chennai, Goa, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jamnagar, and Udaipur.
The diversions were necessary due to unsafe landing conditions in Mumbai.
