Punjab BJP chief Dhillon accuses Rahul Gandhi of avoiding debate
Two political groups in India are arguing about the right way to discuss problems.
Mr. Kewal Singh Dhillon is a leader of a group called the BJP.
He said that another leader, Rahul Gandhi, likes to make noise and cause trouble, but runs away when it is time to talk seriously in Parliament.
Parliament is the big meeting place where leaders make decisions for the country.
Mr. Dhillon said that when the Congress party disrupts meetings, it wastes people's money and time.
He said that an important minister said he was ready to answer questions, but the Congress leaders walked out of the room anyway.
Mr. Dhillon asked why Mr. Gandhi and another leader, Arvind Kejriwal, stayed quiet about a student protest in the city of Ranchi, where police used batons.
He said the leaders care about students only when it helps their politics.
He also said the government in the state of Punjab, led by Mr. Kejriwal's party, uses force when people demand their rights.
Mr. Dhillon believes the opposition should debate serious issues in Parliament instead of walking out.

He questioned why Gandhi and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal were silent on the police lathi-charge during the students' protest in Ranchi, where a JMM-led coalition government involving the Congress holds power in Jharkhand.
Dhillon alleged AAP leaders, including Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, raise paper leak issues in Delhi but stay silent on similar allegations in Punjab, and questioned the handling of employees' Dearness Allowance demands.
He accused Congress and AAP of selective protest politics and said the Punjab AAP government responds with force when students, farmers, labourers and teachers demand their rights.
