Sixty companies agreed to invest money in Dhule district.

The total investment is expected to be about ₹2,452 crore.

Officials said the projects could create around 3,500 jobs for young people.

The companies work in areas such as engineering, food processing, solar energy, textiles and manufacturing.

Minister Uday Samant said the government would help solve problems involving land, power and infrastructure.

He also said the agreements should lead to real factories and jobs, not remain only on paper.

Minister Jaykumar Rawal said Dhule’s roads, railways and location could help it become an important business center.

The conference was held to encourage local businesses and plan the district’s industrial future.
