Maharashtra Secures ₹5,480.93 Crore Across 73 Raigad Projects
Companies have promised to invest ₹5,480.93 crore in 73 projects in Raigad, Maharashtra.
These projects are expected to create 4,413 jobs.
The government says it will support both large companies and smaller businesses.
It is also holding monthly online meetings to help business owners solve problems.
Raigad already has more than two lakh registered small and medium businesses.
These businesses employ more than six lakh people.
The district exported goods worth ₹51,809 crore in 2025-26.
New roads, sewage systems, electricity facilities and industrial clusters are also being planned or built.
Industries signed MoUs worth ₹5,480.93 crore with the Maharashtra government for 73 Raigad projects.
The projects are expected to generate 4,413 jobs, according to Guardian Minister Bharat Sheth Gogawale.
Raigad recorded ₹51,809 crore in exports during 2025-26, a 21.27% increase from the previous year.
The government sanctioned funding for industrial roads, sewage, power infrastructure and a bamboo cluster.
Seven of 17 projects from the 2024 summit and 29 of 52 from the 2025 summit have begun production.
