Telangana Targets 100 GCCs, Urges Industry to Enter Classrooms

A part of India called Telangana wants companies to open 100 special offices called global capability centres.

These centres do important work in technology, engineering, finance and research.

A leader in Telangana, named D. Sridhar Babu, announced this plan at a big event.

He wants companies to help schools and colleges teach students.

He said classrooms and workplaces should not be two separate worlds.

Every year, more than two lakh students graduate in Telangana.

But companies say these students need practical skills, not just degrees.

To fix this, the government is upgrading 65 training institutes into advanced technology centres.

A new university, the Young India Skills University, will also teach job skills with help from business leaders.

This way, students can find good jobs and help the state grow.
