In June 2026, Maniki was brought to Vantara, a special animal care centre in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
At Vantara, doctors gave her treatments like hydrotherapy, acupuncture, and good nutrition.
After about one month of care, Maniki finally lay down and slept deeply without interruption.
