Delhi Police arrest seven Bangladeshi nationals for overstaying visas
Police in Delhi, India, found seven people from Bangladesh who stayed in the country too long.
The rules on their visas allowed them to stay for only 15 days on each visit.
But all seven stayed longer than the 15 days they were allowed.
The police were doing a special check called Operation Vista to find people visiting India without following the rules.
They found the first person, a 26-year-old man named MD Nazrul Islam Foisal, in an area called Nabi Karim.
He told the police about other people who were also staying too long.
Using that information, the police found six more people in an area called Sarita Vihar.
The police checked their passports and papers and found no criminal records.
All seven were sent to a special detention centre in Delhi.
They will stay there until they are sent back to Bangladesh.
