AMD, Delhi University Partner to Train Students in AI
AMD and the University of Delhi are working together to teach students about artificial intelligence and semiconductor technology.
They plan to reach about 10,000 students during the next year.
The agreement was made through a formal Memorandum of Understanding.
AMD will bring its AI Engage Developer Program to the university.
Students and teachers will be able to use AMD’s ROCm software platform and cloud-based computing resources.
They will also receive learning materials and take part in technical workshops.
These tools can help students build and test AI applications.
The partners hope this practical experience will help prepare students for technology jobs and research.
