Police in Gujarat stopped an ambulance on a highway.

They thought it might be carrying a patient because of its appearance and speed.

Instead, they found bottles of illegal liquor inside it.

The bottles were hidden in a special cabinet.

There were 1,968 bottles in total.

Some were McDowell’s No.

1 whisky, and others were Blender’s Pride whisky.

Police said the vehicle was traveling between Madhya Pradesh and Rajkot.

They had received a tip about the suspected transport.
