Maharashtra Opens Special Round For Class 11 Admissions
Maharashtra has started a special admission round for students who do not yet have a Class 11 seat.
More than 13.43 lakh students have registered for the online process.
Students can choose 10 junior colleges they would like to attend.
They must complete and lock both parts of their application.
Available seats will be shown on August 23.
Students must submit their choices by August 24.
Seats will be assigned on August 25.
Students who receive a seat must visit the college, show their documents and pay the required fees.
Maharashtra announced a special CAP round for Class 11 students without confirmed admissions for 2026-27.
A total of 13,43,418 students have registered for the centralized online admission process.
Students must select preferences for 10 junior colleges and complete and lock both application parts.
Vacant seats will be displayed on August 23, with preference submission scheduled for August 23-24.
Seat allotment is scheduled for August 25, followed by document verification, fee payment and college confirmation.
