The survey is part of a program called Mission Vatsalya.

Mission Vatsalya used to be called the Integrated Child Protection Scheme.

It works to protect children's rights and strengthen the juvenile justice system.

A group of lawmakers called the Standing Committee on Finance talked about this plan.

They want to make sure government programs are really helping children.
