Delhi Temperatures Stay Above Normal as Skies Turn Cloudy
Delhi was warmer than usual on Sunday and Monday.
On Sunday, the Safdarjung station recorded a high of 35.5°C.
Its lowest temperature was 28°C.
On Monday, the city’s minimum temperature was 27.7°C.
Weather officials expected partly cloudy skies on Monday.
They also said no rain was expected and that the temperature could reach 36°C.

Delhi’s air quality was in the moderate category on both days.
Delhi recorded 35.5°C on Sunday, one degree above the seasonal average.
Safdarjung’s minimum temperature was 28°C on Sunday, 1.5 degrees above average.
On Monday, Delhi recorded a minimum of 27.7°C, 1.2 degrees above normal.
The IMD forecast partly cloudy skies, no rain and a maximum near 36°C on Monday.
Air quality remained moderate, with AQI readings of 130 on Sunday and 118 on Monday.
