TPF Education Yatra Finds Gaps, Shortages in Telangana Government Schools

Parents told the TPF they were choosing private schools for better classroom availability, staffing and English exposure despite higher costs.
The group reported that two toilets served about 400 girls at schools in Vikarabad and cited other poor facilities.
The yatra began on September 15 and will inform a proposed letter to the Chief Minister, including demands for stronger public education and an 18% education-budget allocation.
