Hyderabad's Electoral Roll Digitization Lags Behind

In Hyderabad, the process of converting paper forms into digital format for updating the voter list is moving slowly.

Out of nearly 47.37 lakh voters, only about 42.96% of the forms have been digitized so far.

The government is asking political parties to help speed up the process.

Different areas in Hyderabad are doing better or worse in this task.

The best area has digitized nearly 49.36% of its forms, while the worst has only done 38.24%.

The government wants to finish this work quickly to avoid a last-minute rush.
