Sithakka Says Government Gives Highest Priority to Rural Development
Minister Dhanasari Anasuya Sithakka said village development is a top government priority.
She inaugurated and launched projects costing Rs.
4.46 crore.
The projects are in Tadwai and Eturunagaram mandals.
They include roads, drains and improvements to agricultural market yards.
Shivapur received new cement-concrete roads and drains.
Gogupalli received an internal cement-concrete road.
Farmers are also expected to benefit from better market-yard facilities.
Sithakka told officials to build the projects properly and finish them on schedule.
Minister Dhanasari Anasuya Sithakka inaugurated and launched village development works worth Rs. 4.46 crore.
Foundation stones were laid for Rs. 83 lakh improvements at Tadwai Agricultural Market Yard.
Shivapur village received Rs. 80 lakh in internal roads and drains, while Gogupalli received a Rs. 55 lakh internal road.
Development works worth Rs. 2.28 crore were launched at the Eturunagaram agricultural market yard.
Sithakka instructed officials to maintain quality standards and complete projects on time.
