Minister Ponnam Prabhakar visited Peddathanda to discuss village development.

He started work on a new road costing Rs 2.05 crore.

He also opened smaller roads inside the village.

Officials reviewed welfare programs and listened to villagers’ complaints.

The minister said 75 pensioners receive monthly support.

He said farmers, housing beneficiaries and families receiving ration cards had also received help.

He encouraged villagers to build soak pits and grow oil palms.

He promised that the Gauravelli project would be completed to provide irrigation water.

New pension applications can be submitted until August 31.
