Some people in a city called Hyderabad were breaking a rule by selling special drinks without permission.

The people whose job is to stop that, called the Prohibition and Excise department, heard about it.

A man named Radha Kurusha Samal was selling expensive scotch drinks to people he knew.

The officers went to his home in a neighborhood called Kapra.

They found 22 bottles of scotch there and took them away.

The man had been buying the bottles from a military canteen.

Then he was charging extra money, between 500 and 1,000 rupees, for each bottle.

Selling drinks without a license is against the law.

So the officers detained him and took him to the Kapra excise station.
