Eatala Rajender Attacks Revanth Government Over Section 22A
Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender criticised the Telangana government’s use of Section 22A for land classification.
He said the decision is hurting people who have lived in their homes for many years.
Rajender focused on residents of RK Puram and Neredmet.
He said RK Puram had existed for 61 years before being placed under the classification.
He argued that old homes should be made legal instead of taking away residents’ rights.
He also criticised HYDRAA, a government agency involved in protecting public assets and responding to disasters.
Rajender accused the agency of removing facilities from poor residents in Gajulararam.
He said officials should investigate brokers and officials who approved layouts, rather than mainly targeting low-income families.
