Gurugram Police Arrest 7 Linked to Foreign-Based Gangsters

Police in the city of Gurugram caught seven people.

These people are said to work for gang leaders who live in other countries.

The gang leaders are named Himanshu Bhau, Deepak Nandal, and Meenakshi.

The police found guns, bullets, phones, and a special half currency note used in a secret money business called hawala.

One of the arrested people is said to have run a hawala business in an old market area of Delhi called Chandni Chowk.

The seven people are between 30 and 35 years old and already have around two dozen criminal cases against them.

Police say the group sent threats over the phone to builders, business people, and people in the film and music industries.

They asked for huge amounts of money and took credit for crimes on social media to scare people.

Now they are arrested and police are investigating their links to the foreign-based gang leaders.
