Indian Bank Asset Fair Showcases 51 Maharashtra Properties
Indian Bank held a two-day event to show people properties owned by the bank.

There were 51 properties from different parts of Maharashtra.
Some properties were physically controlled by the bank, while others were under symbolic possession.

People who win the online auctions can receive the properties through the e-auction process.
Indian Bank’s Mumbai West Zone held a two-day Asset Fair in Virar West on August 24 and 25.

Most properties were in Virar, Palghar, Boisar and Umrauli, with additional assets in Pune, Panvel, Badlapur and Wada.

Indian Bank said the properties had clear, marketable and legally valid titles and could be transferred after successful e-auction bids.
