CM Naidu Orders Removal of 4,977 Acres From Section 22-A

He directed collector Vetri Selvi to remove lands from the Section 22-A list and to empower revenue divisional officers to simplify the denotification procedure.
Ex-servicemen told the CM their Section 22-A lands were unavailable for any use and caused them problems for several years.
Officials denotified 2,745 acres from 830 villages; the state government removed 4,977 acres from Section 22-A in the district.
Naidu also directed the categorisation of assigned lands as patta lands and handed over copies of 1B Adangal.
