IRCTC launches Japan tour package from Delhi with bullet train

IRCTC, the Indian company that helps people book train travel, has launched a special holiday package to Japan.

The trip lasts 10 days and 9 nights and starts from Delhi on September 6, 2026.

It covers flights, four-star hotels, all meals, and even the visa needed to visit Japan.

Travelers will visit famous cities like Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hiroshima.

They will see temples, a bamboo forest, a digital art museum, and deer roaming freely in a park.

The trip also includes riding Japan's very fast bullet train, called the Shinkansen.

The package costs at least about Rs 3.46 lakh per person, with cheaper rates for children.

Kids aged 5 to 11 can join for less money, especially when sharing a room without a bed.

Travelers just need a passport that stays valid for six months after the trip and some visa documents.
