NTA Suspends Eduquity After Jaipur AIAPGET Exam Lapses
The National Testing Agency held a test for students who want to study AYUSH subjects after graduation.
The test took place on August 22 at centres across India.
At one centre in Jaipur, the power went out.
Because of this, 49 students could not finish their test.
The agency says the problem was connected to Eduquity Career Technologies, which helped conduct the exam.
The agency has asked Eduquity to explain what happened.
It has also temporarily suspended Eduquity’s approval to work with it.
The affected students will get another chance to take the test on September 1.
The National Testing Agency issued Eduquity Career Technologies a show-cause notice over lapses at an AIAPGET centre in Jaipur.
Eduquity’s empanelment with the NTA has been suspended immediately pending resolution of the notice.
A power failure at Shri Satya Sai PG College Centre prevented 49 of 192 candidates from completing the examination.
The AIAPGET 2026 examination was held on August 22 across 200 centres for 36,979 registered candidates.
The affected candidates will take a re-examination on September 1 at 10 a.m. in Jaipur, with revised admit cards providing further details.
