NTA Suspends Eduquity After Jaipur AIAPGET Exam Disruption
The AIAPGET 2026 exam was held on August 22, 2026.
A power failure happened at one exam centre in Jaipur.
Because of this, 49 students could not finish their test.
NTA said the exam-centre agency, Eduquity, was responsible for lapses.
NTA sent Eduquity a notice asking it to explain what happened.
NTA also temporarily stopped working with Eduquity.
The 49 affected students will take the exam again on September 1.
Their new admit cards will provide the retest details.
NTA issued a show-cause notice to Eduquity Career Technologies over lapses at a Jaipur examination centre.
Eduquity’s empanelment with NTA was suspended immediately, pending resolution of the notice.
A power failure at Shri Satya Sai PG College disrupted the test for 49 candidates on August 22, 2026.
The affected candidates will retake the examination on September 1, 2026, at 10 a.m. in Jaipur.
NTA said 49,867 of 51,482 registered candidates appeared across approximately 205 centres.
