Power Failure Disrupts AIAPGET Exam for 49 Jaipur Candidates
Many students were taking a postgraduate entrance exam for Ayush and alternative medicine courses.
At one exam centre in Jaipur, the electricity failed.
Because of this, 49 students could not finish their test.
The National Testing Agency said 192 students were taking the exam at that centre.
It blamed the company responsible for running the centre and its equipment.
The agency suspended that company while it investigates.
The affected students can take the test again on September 1.
A retired professor said the agency must also accept responsibility for choosing and supervising its service providers.
