Nalasopara Apartment Gallery Slab Collapses, 55 Families Evacuated, No Injuries
On Friday, a part of the outside walkway of an apartment building in Nalasopara East broke and fell down.
The building is called Roshni Apartment, and it is in the Achole area.
The walkway slabs on the first and second floors collapsed when the second-floor slab fell onto the first-floor structure.
Luckily, nobody was hurt or injured.
Still, all the families who lived there were asked to leave the building to be safe.
The building has 55 flats, and every single one was occupied at the time.
Firefighters from the local municipal corporation and police officers came to the building.
They started checking how much damage had been done.
Everyone is safe, which is the most important thing.

Personnel from the Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation Fire Brigade and Achole Police reached the spot and began assessing the situation.
