Accused Arrested in Goa After Alleged Attack, Hotel Escape
Police say a man named Vikas Yadav was being taken from Nalasopara to Bengaluru.
He is accused in cases involving drugs and fraud.
Before the journey, he was staying with a police officer at a hotel.
Police say Yadav attacked the officer and locked him inside the room.
He then escaped from the hotel.

He was eventually arrested in Goa and taken before a court for transit-remand proceedings.

The incident occurred in Room 203 of Galaxy Hotel in Nalasopara West.
