Third Accused Arrested in Portugal-Linked Batala Grenade Attack Case
In the state of Punjab in India, someone threw a grenade at a police post in a town called Batala.
The police are trying to catch everyone who was involved in this attack.
They already caught two people, and now they have caught a third person.
His name is Karanjit Singh, and people call him Bacha.
The police say he is part of a secret group that gets help from Pakistan's spy agency.

Punjab Police arrested Karanjit Singh alias Bacha, the third accused in the August 1 grenade attack on the Police Post Urban Estate in Batala.
The arrest was announced by DGP Punjab Gaurav Yadav on Saturday following a joint intelligence-led operation by Counter Intelligence Jalandhar and Batala Police.
Preliminary investigation shows Bacha is an operative of an ISI-backed terror module allegedly operated by a Portugal-based Babbar Khalsa International mastermind.
The accused had gone into hiding after the attack and was allegedly planning similar attacks on police establishments across Punjab.
Two others, Rajan alias Gullu and a juvenile, were previously arrested; the case is registered under FIR No. 239 at Police Station Civil Lines, Batala.
