MLA Arani Srinivasulu inaugurates Rs 1.28 crore roads and drains
A leader named Arani Srinivasulu, who represents Tirupati City as its MLA, opened new roads and drains.
The roads are made of cement concrete, so they are called CC roads.
The drains are built alongside them to carry away water.
Building all of this cost Rs 1.28 crore.
The leader said the city wants to improve roads inside neighborhoods.
He said the new work will make travelling smoother and safer.
The roads were designed so potholes do not form.
The drains were designed so they do not leak.
This means the city will not have to repair them again and again.
Many other important people also came to the opening ceremony.
