Officers said Saw had travelled by train from Motihari in Bihar.

Saw allegedly told investigators that he works as an autorickshaw driver and was asked to deliver the package in Bandra.

He was reportedly promised a large payment for doing so.

Police suspect he may have carried similar packages before.

They also suspect a drug network in Bihar may be involved.

Investigators are trying to find the person who was supposed to receive the package.

Saw has been arrested under the NDPS Act, and further investigation is underway.
